Franklyn Oguno is a retired Naval Officer with two decades of active military service in the United States Marine Corps and United States Navy. He is a Nigerian-born American who came from humble beginnings and achieving his American Dreams. Frank started Dominant Care in 2017 with the goal of providing solutions to Military Veterans, Government Agencies and its clients through professional excellence. He has a broad range of experience from clinical medicine to leadership and problem solving. He completed his Physician Assistant Studies at University of Nebraska Medical Center, Orthopedic Surgery Training at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth Virginia and a Top-Tier Masters in Business Administration at University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He has delivered projects for Government agencies and its clients. His Unique understanding of cultural awareness, experience in leadership, clinical and technical abilities sets him apart from his peers. Frank grew an experienced multi-disciplinary group of medical providers that provide medical consulting services to Government Agencies. His team has built a reputation for being creative, reliable and responsive.
